SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only at launch.

• Free UK delivery on orders over £40, tracked.
• Standard tracked delivery £3.95 on orders under £40.

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched by our manufacturing partner. You will be emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way.

If your order does not arrive

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if we have not agreed a delivery date with you, your order should reach you within 30 days. If it does not, email us at omnicartgroup@gmail.com and we will either resend it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will change it if the order has not yet shipped.
