Delivery

• Free UK delivery on orders over £40, tracked.
• Standard tracked UK delivery £3.95 on orders under £40.
• Europe: calculated at checkout. The rate depends on the destination country and the weight of your order, so you’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

You’ll get tracking by email once your order ships.

Cancelling an order

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Email us with your order number and we’ll send the return address. You don’t have to give a reason.

Returns

Cosmetics are sealed for hygiene. If a product is unopened and unused with its seal intact, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Once the seal is broken we can’t accept it back unless it’s faulty — that’s a standard exception under the same regulations.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, you pay the return postage, and we’d recommend a tracked service. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay it.

Faulty or damaged items

Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including the original delivery charge. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your skin reacts

Everyone’s skin is different. Stop using the product and email us. We can’t take back an opened product, but we want to know — we’d rather hear from you than not.
